The firm provides high-quality, individualized legal service to its clients.  We work closely with each client to understand the practical aspects of their business, which enables us to provide them sound, practical advice and services adapted to their individual needs.

Our earliest clients were principally from Latin America, primarily Colombia and Venezuela.  The firm’s practice has now expanded, and we represent clients from countries throughout the world.  Our principal office is located in Miami, Florida, with affiliate relationships in Argentina, Colombia, Mexico and Venezuela.
