I-9 Form Extended

USCIS announced today that use of the current Form I-9 has been extended until August 31, 2012.  CIS has amended the form to reflect a new revision date of August 7, 2009, but employers may use the Form I-9 with a revision date of either August 7, 2009 or February 2, 2009.
